CHILDHOOD OCULAR MYASTHENIA MASQUERADE AS THIRD NERVE PALSY

This is a case report of Ocular Myasthenia in a one and a half year old Bahraini child who presented with signs of right third nerve palsy. Such myasthenic presentation is uncommon in this age group. Ocular finding of this case are described with a review to highlight some of the pitfalls in the early diagnosis of such cases.
